How position sizing works
Decide the most you'll lose on one trade — usually 0.5–2% of capital. Shares = (Capital × Risk%) ÷ (Entry − Stop-loss). This keeps any single loss small and survivable, which is what lets you stay in the game long enough for your edge to play out. It is a risk-discipline tool, not a recommendation to take any trade.
