Copyright & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Content

All material on this platform is the exclusive property of DexoSoft Solutions ("we", "our", "us") or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention. Protected material includes, without limitation:

• All source code, software, APIs, and system architecture
• The AI models, scoring engines, and signal-generation algorithms
• All AI-generated signals, scores, forecasts, and their compilation and arrangement
• The ARJUN order-automation tool and its logic
• Page layouts, user-interface and user-experience design, look and feel
• Text, copy, graphics, icons, charts, images, and branding
• Databases and data compilations (protected as original compilations)

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any part of the platform or its content
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download signals, scores, forecasts, or any data
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms
• Create derivative works, clones, or competing products based on our content or design
• Use our content or data to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning model
• Frame, embed, or present our content as your own, or remove any copyright or proprietary notice
• Use our trademarks, name, or branding in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement

3. Legal Consequences of Infringement

Unauthorised use of our copyrighted work or trademarks is a serious offence. We actively monitor for infringement and will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies, including but not limited to:

• Civil action (Copyright Act, 1957 — Section 55): permanent and interim injunctions, damages, an account of the infringer's profits, and delivery-up of infringing copies.
• Criminal prosecution (Section 63): knowing infringement is punishable with imprisonment of six months to three years and a fine of ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000.
• Information Technology Act, 2000: action for unauthorised data extraction, downloading, or copying (Sections 43 & 66), and takedown of infringing material hosted by intermediaries.
• International enforcement: DMCA takedown notices to hosts, search engines, and platforms, and action under the infringer's local law.
• Recovery of costs: legal fees and enforcement costs, and reporting to relevant payment processors, app stores, and registrars.

4. Your Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership and terminates automatically if you breach these terms.

5. Report Infringement / Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this platform infringes your copyright, or if you wish to report someone infringing ours, email hello@dexosoftsolutions.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with URLs)
• Your contact details (name, email, address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act
• Your physical or electronic signature
