NSE strategy library

Trading strategies with the rules, the backtest and the live record.

Every strategy lists its complete rules, a backtest, and a public forward test where the losses stay on the page. Ranked by return against worst fall — and where testing is not finished, we show a blank, not a guess.

Rules that make our own results harder to flatter

Ranked against the fall, not just the gain

The default ranking divides yearly return by the worst peak-to-trough drop, so a strategy cannot climb the table by simply taking more risk.

Expired and stopped signals count

Signals that run out of time are counted as non-wins, and no live win rate is shown until 30 outcomes have resolved. Losses stay in the public ledger.

A blank is better than a guess

Backtests are labelled historical simulations, with survivorship bias flagged where a test uses today's index members. If testing is not done, the strategy stays unranked.

Questions before you buy

What exactly do I get when I buy a strategy?

The complete rule set as a PDF — every entry, exit, stop and filter — licensed to your account and watermarked with your email. You run it yourself on your own broker or charting tool. We do not place trades for you and we do not tell you what to buy.

Why do some strategies have no numbers?

Because we have not finished testing them. A strategy is ranked only once its backtest is complete, and no live win rate is shown until at least 30 outcomes have resolved. A blank is the honest answer; a made-up figure is not.

What does "return vs. worst fall" mean?

It is the strategy's yearly return divided by its largest peak-to-trough fall. A strategy that earns 20% a year but fell 50% scores 0.4; one that earns 12% with a 15% fall scores 0.8. It is the default ranking because it is much harder to flatter than raw return.

Are backtests a promise?

No. A backtest is a simulation on past prices. Markets change, and a rule that worked for years can stop working — we publish the live forward test next to the backtest so you can see whether it is holding up.
