Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid subscription plans on FutureGain ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by DexoSoft Solutions.
Free Plan
FutureGain offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required and no refund applies.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page or by contacting us at hello@dexosoftsolutions.com.
- Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
- Cancellation does not delete your account or data. You will revert to the Free plan after the current period ends.
Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment by emailing hello@dexosoftsolutions.com.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access).
- Yearly plans: For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be issued if requested within 30 days of payment, minus any months already used.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@dexosoftsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Subscription plan and payment date
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
